  • Why Global Pot?
    Global Pot Fusion Cuisine is a fast-casual restaurant in an underserved and untapped African space with aggressive growth and proven operational systems. Our restaurant design, standard processes, and broad demographic appeal are all part of the ingredients that help set our franchise system up for success.
  • How long is my return on investment?
    So many factors go into a ROI determination. Location, demographics, rent, labor, and sales are just a few to consider. Analysts say 3-5 years would be a good return in the restaurant industry.
  • Do I have to work in my restaurant?
    The success rate of hands-on owner operators in restaurants has been proven to be much higher and we highly recommend that you are, but we do only require that a designated approved general manager be present for your day-to-day operations.
  • What is the investment model?
    • Each location will be approximately 1000 to 1300 square foot • The total initial investment of owning a single Global Pot franchise is about $250,000.00 to $300,000.00 • Royalty Fee: 5% of gross sales • Advertising Fee: 2% of gross sales
  • What to expect from us?
    1. Robust Process A robust and efficient process to ensure consistency across outlets. The main aspects are: Sales Reporting and Tracking Stock and Inventory Process Staff Training Payouts and Commission Management 2. Support The support that we will provide to our franchisees will be clearly spelt out in the Franchise Agreement. This will include: Grand Opening Location selection Infrastructure development, Location set-up Training Operations Supply of some menu items (90% finished) Supply of raw materials Marketing Marketing and Advertising We will support the franchisee in marketing and advertising by including it in the major plan. We will have a clear Brand Guideline for the Franchisees to adhere to. Clearly outline what all tasks the individual Franchise Outlets are responsible for, such as having a Social Media presence, listing on Restaurant Review Sites, etc. We will provide templates, logos, and other Brand-specific items such as menu design to ensure consistency across all outlets.
